At Greydove.es, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may return or exchange undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected, the refund or exchange process will begin.

Eligibility & Notes

• Returns must include all original accessories.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Greydove.es does not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
• For returns not related to product quality, a $5 restocking and shipping fee will apply.
• For returns related to product quality, Greydove.es will refund the full cost of the product, including shipping, typically within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
